PAN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,346 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, ZMYM2, and PDS5B. Each is linked with PAN3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN3-to-partner and partner-to-PAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAN3 versus HMGB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
