PAN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,890 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTIF3, GTF3A, and POLR1D. Each is linked with PAN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN3-to-partner and partner-to-PAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAN3 versus MTIF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
