PAN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, ERK2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PAN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN3-to-partner and partner-to-PAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by PAN3-low versus PAN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
