Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6N1, KRTDAP, and OXT. Each is linked with PAN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN3-to-partner and partner-to-PAN3 results are reported.
