Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,212 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G6, XPO4, and CDK8. Each is linked with PAN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN2-to-partner and partner-to-PAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAN2 versus PLA2G6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
