Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,694 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO38, SLC25A46, and TTC37. Each is linked with PAM in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAM-to-partner and partner-to-PAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAM versus FBXO38 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
