Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,865 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PAM_S946, and GBE1. Each is linked with PAM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAM-to-partner and partner-to-PAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAM versus P4HA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
