Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,859 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLOD2, SAMD4A, and ABL2. Each is linked with PAM in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAM-to-partner and partner-to-PAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAM versus PLOD2 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
