Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, CCDC182, and DDI1. Each is linked with PAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAM-to-partner and partner-to-PAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by PAM-low versus PAM-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
