Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PALMD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PALMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L18, NUDT10, and ZNF831. Each is linked with PALMD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALMD-to-partner and partner-to-PALMD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L18 grouped by PALMD-low versus PALMD-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
