PALM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,532 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOLR1, MISP3, and RGN. Each is linked with PALM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALM3-to-partner and partner-to-PALM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
