Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PALM2AKAP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PALM2AKAP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PALM2AKAP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PALM2AKAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, READ, and MESO are the cancer types where PALM2AKAP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
