Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC14P, RNU4-58P, and ALDOA. Each is linked with PAK6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK6-to-partner and partner-to-PAK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC14P grouped by PAK6-low versus PAK6-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
