Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAK4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAK4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PAK4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAK4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where PAK4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
