PAK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,985 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD4B, MARK4, and SUPT5H. Each is linked with PAK4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK4-to-partner and partner-to-PAK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK4 versus SAMD4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
