Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,135 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM50, MED29, and PSMD8. Each is linked with PAK4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK4-to-partner and partner-to-PAK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK4 versus TIMM50 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
