PAK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS10P1, SAR1B, and SAP30. Each is linked with PAK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK4-to-partner and partner-to-PAK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS10P1 grouped by PAK4-low versus PAK4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
