Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Notch1, and Stathmin. Each is linked with PAK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK4-to-partner and partner-to-PAK4 results are reported.
