Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,637 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with PAK4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK4-to-partner and partner-to-PAK4 results are reported.
