PAK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY2, OR52N5, and OR56B1. Each is linked with PAK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK3-to-partner and partner-to-PAK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY2 grouped by PAK3-low versus PAK3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
