Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,784 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO45, WDR53, and SENP5. Each is linked with PAK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK2-to-partner and partner-to-PAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK2 versus FBXO45 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
