PAK1IP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK1IP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK1IP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABCF1, SRPK1, and NUP153. Each is linked with PAK1IP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK1IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAK1IP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK1IP1 versus ABCF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK1IP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK1IP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
