PAICSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAICSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,457 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAICSP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ROR2, GPX8, and ANTXR1. Each is linked with PAICSP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAICSP2-to-partner and partner-to-PAICSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAICSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAICSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
