Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAICSP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PAICSP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PAICSP2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAICSP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and TGCT are the cancer types where PAICSP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
