PAICS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAICS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,998 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAICS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAICS_S27, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with PAICS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAICS-to-partner and partner-to-PAICS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAICS versus PAICS_S27 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAICS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAICS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
