PAICS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAICS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,968 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAICS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR301A, GNA13P1, and FTH1P27. Each is linked with PAICS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAICS-to-partner and partner-to-PAICS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR301A grouped by PAICS-low versus PAICS-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAICS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAICS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
