PAICS

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAICS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAICS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, EGFR, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PAICS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAICS-to-partner and partner-to-PAICS results are reported.
