Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A14P1, MIR4804, and OR6K2. Each is linked with PAGR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PAGR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A14P1 grouped by PAGR1-low versus PAGR1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
