PAGE5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGE5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD9, RNA5SP408, and HNRNPABP1. Each is linked with PAGE5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGE5-to-partner and partner-to-PAGE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD9 grouped by PAGE5-low versus PAGE5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
