PAGE2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGE2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,292 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGE2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, RNA modification, and Macromolecule methylation. Each is linked with PAGE2B in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGE2B-to-partner and partner-to-PAGE2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA repair grouped by PAGE2B-low versus PAGE2B-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGE2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGE2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
