PAGE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAGE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,762 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAGE2B, TUBA3C, and MAGEC2. Each is linked with PAGE2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGE2-to-partner and partner-to-PAGE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAGE2 versus PAGE2B in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
