PAGE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL314P, MIR1911, and BPY2C. Each is linked with PAGE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGE1-to-partner and partner-to-PAGE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL314P grouped by PAGE1-low versus PAGE1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
