Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,376 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH1B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRK, ANKFY1, and FXR2. Each is linked with PAFAH1B1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B1-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B1 results are reported.
