Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH1B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,081 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAFAH1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP5K, ZBTB4, and METTL16. Each is linked with PAFAH1B1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B1-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAFAH1B1 versus INPP5K in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
