PAFAH1B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAFAH1B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PAFAH1B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B1-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PAFAH1B1-low versus PAFAH1B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAFAH1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAFAH1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
