Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAFAH1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,805 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAFAH1B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Corpus callosum morphogenesis, Negative regulation of telomere capping, and Regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with PAFAH1B1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAFAH1B1-to-partner and partner-to-PAFAH1B1 results are reported.
