PADI4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PADI4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,176 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PADI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPE, CRYBB2P1, and KNOP1. Each is linked with PADI4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PADI4-to-partner and partner-to-PADI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPE grouped by PADI4-low versus PADI4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PADI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PADI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
