Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PACSIN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PACSIN1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PACSIN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PACSIN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LGG, and UCEC are the cancer types where PACSIN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
