PACSIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACSIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,996 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACSIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARMIL2_S1381, EXOC6, and DNAJB1. Each is linked with PACSIN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACSIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PACSIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACSIN1 versus CARMIL2_S1381 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACSIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACSIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
