Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACSIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,845 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACSIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2L14, IGF2BP2-AS1, and TCL1A. Each is linked with PACSIN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACSIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PACSIN1 results are reported.
