Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PACS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, CCL4, and IGKV1D-13. Each is linked with PACS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACS2-to-partner and partner-to-PACS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by PACS2-low versus PACS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
