PACRGL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRGL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,467 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCAF16, GNPDA2, and CWC22. Each is linked with PACRGL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRGL-to-partner and partner-to-PACRGL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACRGL versus DCAF16 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACRGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACRGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
