PACRG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC21B, LZTFL1, and IFT122. Each is linked with PACRG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRG-to-partner and partner-to-PACRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACRG versus TTC21B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
