Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,430 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASL12, CCDC114, and C6orf118. Each is linked with PACRG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRG-to-partner and partner-to-PACRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACRG versus RASL12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
