Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,911 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PACRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS4A, RRAGC, and ZNF674. Each is linked with PACRG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRG-to-partner and partner-to-PACRG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS4A grouped by PACRG-low versus PACRG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
