Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACRG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PACRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, 4E-BP1, and Bcl-xL. Each is linked with PACRG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRG-to-partner and partner-to-PACRG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by PACRG-low versus PACRG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
