Across TCGA cell cohorts, PACRG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,193 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Microtubule-based transport, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with PACRG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRG-to-partner and partner-to-PACRG results are reported.
