Across TCGA cell cohorts, PACRG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PACRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB1, DAZ2, and RBMY1J. Each is linked with PACRG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRG-to-partner and partner-to-PACRG results are reported.
