The most reproducible PACRG-AS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Regulation of binding. Each is linked with PACRG-AS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACRG-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-PACRG-AS2 results are reported.
