PABPC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,112 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTO4, PPIH, and PUM1. Each is linked with PABPC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC4-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC4 versus MRTO4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
